Sally started from humble beginnings. Coming in at the entry level, her early days were spent mastering foundational workplace skills, including mapping out ideal office floor nap locations and understanding workplace traffic flow. Her early commitment to maintaining a calm, grounded presence quickly caught the attention of management.

Through hard work, excellent listening skills, and an unmatched ability to handle high-stress situations with a wagging tail, Sally steadily climbed the corporate ladder. Today, she occupies a pivotal role in the C-Suite. As our CHO, she is responsible for the vital day-to-day operations that keep office morale high. While some modern businesses talk about the importance of making a strategic culture hire, we decided to take things a step further by executing a full culture adoption.
